\o/ Well, it’s called Forza 6 Apex, it’s not the complete game that’s available on Xbox One, but it’s will be available for free on Windows 10!! Only 6 locations and way less car than the console version, but it’s the start of Microsoft actual commitment to Forza 6 on PC. More info
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
. Did I mention it will run in 4k?

Explains why T10 basically went radio silent for the last half of February. Heck, there hasn’t been a peep about the March DLC pack at all.

Any info for computer specs required other than Windows 10?

The peep was today in the form of $20 Porsche expansion.

How much less car? 70% of the roster? Half the roster? A quarter? No DLC? Or can I buy same DLC?
Minimum specs please.
Can I play with Xbone players?
This can only mean one thing: Forz7 will hit PC in full. This sounds more like a demo not just for us, but for them.

63 out of 450
Not available yet
Nope
All Forza games going forward will be on Xbox and PC.

No idea. Apparently their demo was running in 4k at 60fps on a Windows 10 PC running on an i7-6700k, a GTX980 Ti, 32Gb of ram and an SSD. And they said it will scale down for more modest computers and players will be able to fine tune graphic settings.

I did not see that peep. Thank you.

1. 60+ cars apparently
2. They were running their demo (per ArsTechnica) on an i7-6700k with a GTX980 Ti, a SSD and 32GB of RAM, but they also said players will be able to fine tune the game settings, and that they made the game with people playing basically on laptop in mind.
3. No idea
4. I’m so pumped up.

Pretty few count, though they better be dream cars.
And so much for playing with you guys.
Forgot to add: What are the six locations?

Hahahahahaha I can finally run my shitty old Toshiba into the ground in a non-sketchy way!!!

So for most people, 15 FPS at 480p

So hopefully my PC with last gen i5 (can't remember which one, it's a quad core), 16gb of ram, MSI GTX780 with 4gb, ssd, should be able to play this pretty nicely then (it was built for Elite Dangerous and plays that with everything maxed out more or less at 1080p). I will be defo downloading this, what's not to like for free?!?!

· I’d say not if you have anything remotely newish (last couple of years or so) with half decent graphics, to play anything at 4K at decent settings and frame rates takes a shit load more power than running the same settings at 1080p and thus even more so than 720p.

M$FT is generally very anti-cross-platform gaming. I’d say it’s extremely unlikely they’ll let you play against Xbone players.
That’s not to mention Xbone players in said lobby would be really restricted on what they could use since the PC version will have less assets.

Players can race those cars on 20 exciting track configurations across six locations – Brands Hatch, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, Rio de Janeiro, Sebring International Raceway, Top Gear and Yas Marina – including night and wet-weather variants.

Ew, Brands Hatch and Spa are the only good ones on that list IMO.

Yes, yes, spiffy, yes, *happyClarkson.gif*, WHAT THE FUCK HAVE YOU DONE, TURN 10?!

Thing is, it’s not the entire game. But it’s free, easy to unload and will be, I think, more enjoyable in short, speedy shots than taken together as a full game.

Windows 10 exclusive, free to play (pay to win), windows store exclusive, and minimal content. Doesn’t sound like they want it to be successful.

Well crap. But I can still dance online with those who has the same program, right?

I don't see why not

I'm now really glad I've completely dumped Playstation and Xbox in favor of computer gaming. The only thing I've really been missing is a good racing game. I tried Project Cars and was disappointed and do have Assetto Corsa just for when I want to drive, but neither is as complete a game as Forza.

I agree and we can’t complain when it's for free!

Free is free, but I’d probably keep playing Project Cars instead.

Yeah, I’ve tried both, and I can’t seem to have any fun with them. I still have fun playing Forza 4!

Will it support my G27? If yes, then THANK FUCKING GOD

I was excited until they revealed the details. No multiplayer and no wheel support. Fuck Microsoft, I’m done with their shit. Switched to Mac and Linux for my gaming computer.

You played Dirt Rally yet? I’d say it’s better than AC and PCARS.
